Conveyancer (Cranbrook) ($25.00-$29.00/hr)

 

Rockies Law is seeking a Residential Conveyancer for our Cranbrook office.

Primary responsibilities include the following:

• Residential conveyance transactions including purchases, sales and refinances of fee-simple and strata lots;

• Family transfers and estate transfers;

• Commercial real estate transactions;

• Developer-side transactions;

• MHR transactions;

• Other real estate-related matters.

 

Candidates must be familiar with LTSA, BC Online and should be familiar with RealtiWeb/LDD or other similar conveyancing software. The position requires attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet deadlines and a satisfactory background check.
